Yes. We start with a complimentary 15-minute conversation to learn about your trip and see how we can help. There is no obligation to book. If your trip requires a planning or research fee, we explain the cost and what it includes before you decide to move forward.
Fees depend on the service and the work involved. Most all-inclusive and cruise bookings carry no planning fee. Custom itinerary design, group research, destination wedding planning, flight bookings, and certain other services may carry a fee, which is separate from the cost of your trip. We explain any applicable fees upfront. We also receive commission from travel suppliers.
Absolutely. We work with travellers wherever they live, by phone, email, and video call, in English, Spanish, or Hebrew. If you’re based outside Canada, contact us so we can confirm which services are available for your trip.

Before you leave, your final itinerary will include the contact details to use if something urgent affects your trip outside regular office hours. If plans are disrupted, we help you understand your options and coordinate next steps. Supplier policies, availability, and any applicable costs will determine what can be arranged.
