Lia from Guide me away saved our vacation! We originally booked an hotel through Costco travel, yet the hotel didn’t meet our expectations. After couple of days we contacted Lia and needed her professional help to salvage our vacation rather to cut it short and go home disappointed. She managed to find us several options that met our needs and expectations and we ended up booking through her one of those options. Once we arrived to the new hotel, our eyes were wide open and we know that we made the right choice in trusting her.
