Fees depend on the service and the work involved. Most all-inclusive and cruise bookings carry no planning fee. Custom itinerary design, group research, destination wedding planning, flight bookings, and certain other services may carry a fee, which is separate from the cost of your trip. We explain any applicable fees upfront. We also receive commission from travel suppliers.
Absolutely. We work with travellers wherever they live, by phone, email, and video call, in English, Spanish, or Hebrew. If you’re based outside Canada, contact us so we can confirm which services are available for your trip.
Yes. These details belong in the planning from the start. As an LGBTQ+ owned agency, we understand the importance of feeling welcome and comfortable while travelling. Availability and accommodations vary, and we will explain what has been confirmed before you book.
We recommend considering it early. Some benefits, such as coverage for pre-existing conditions, may only be available if you buy soon after your first deposit. Coverage and eligibility are set by the insurer.
Yes. We help with questions, booking changes, and supplier follow-ups for the arrangements you book through us. Before you leave, your final itinerary will include the contact details to use if something urgent affects your trip outside regular office hours. If plans are disrupted, we help you understand your options and coordinate next steps. Supplier policies, availability, and any applicable costs will determine what can be arranged.
