Bespoke, bucket-list, and multigenerational travel — planned end to end by people who know the way, so you can focus on the moments, not the logistics.
We design journeys for families who want to be fully present — not managing logistics, not negotiating activities, not wondering if everyone is having a good time. Just together, somewhere extraordinary.
A real conversation — about you, not just dates and budgets. Fifteen minutes, no obligation.
We design your journey end to end, calling in our connections and checking every detail twice.
You’re never on your own. We’re a message away before, during, and after — until you’re safely home
If you’re passionate about exceptional experiences, genuinely curious about the world, and driven to create something meaningful for the people you serve — we’d love to meet you.

Your time away is valuable. We help you choose the right destination, compare the options that matter, and bring flights, stays, transfers, and experiences together into a trip that works. You have someone who understands your plans and can help when questions or changes come up.
We get to know the people taking the trip before we plan it. Your interests, budget, pace, and the details that make travel comfortable all shape our recommendations. As an independent boutique agency founded in 2016, we combine personal service, firsthand travel experience, and trusted supplier relationships to create trips that feel right for you. Those relationships often mean extras you wouldn’t get booking on your own, such as an upgrade where one is available, breakfast included, a resort or onboard credit, or early check-in. Benefits vary by property, season and itinerary, so we’ll tell you exactly what your trip includes.
We specialize in family and multigenerational travel, custom journeys, all-inclusive vacations, ocean and river cruises, honeymoons, destination weddings, and celebrations with friends and family. From a resort escape to a journey across several countries, we coordinate the arrangements around your priorities. We also assist with corporate and incentive travel.
Yes. We start with a complimentary 15-minute conversation to learn about your trip and see how we can help. There is no obligation to book. If your trip requires a planning or research fee, we explain the cost and what it includes before you decide to move forward.
Fees depend on the service and the work involved. Most all-inclusive and cruise bookings carry no planning fee. Custom itinerary design, group research, destination wedding planning, flight bookings, and certain other services may carry a fee, which is separate from the cost of your trip. We explain any applicable fees upfront. We also receive commission from travel suppliers.
Absolutely. We work with travellers wherever they live, by phone, email, and video call, in English, Spanish, or Hebrew. If you’re based outside Canada, contact us so we can confirm which services are available for your trip.
Yes. These details belong in the planning from the start. As an LGBTQ+ owned agency, we understand the importance of feeling welcome and comfortable while travelling. Tell us about mobility needs, allergies, dietary requirements, or destination concerns so we can research suitable options and check specific arrangements with suppliers. Availability and accommodations vary, and we will explain what has been confirmed before you book.
We recommend considering it early. Some benefits, such as coverage for pre-existing conditions, may only be available if you buy soon after your first deposit. Coverage and eligibility are set by the insurer.
Yes. We help with questions, booking changes, and supplier follow-ups for the arrangements you book through us. Before you leave, your final itinerary will include the contact details to use if something urgent affects your trip outside regular office hours. If plans are disrupted, we help you understand your options and coordinate next steps. Supplier policies, availability, and any applicable costs will determine what can be arranged.
