FAQ
No. There's no sign-up fee or monthly fee, and we cover E&O insurance for the team. As with any agency, you're responsible for the cost of your own booking errors that insurance doesn't cover, such as the deductible.
You earn a share of the commission and fees on every booking you make. We explain the split and when you're paid before you join, and it's all set out in your agreement.
As an independent travel advisor, you work under the Guide Me Away name, with our licence, reviews and supplier relationships behind you. That's what clients see when they book with you.
Yes, you're welcome to. If you're leaving another agency, check your current agreement first; some include rules about contacting clients after you leave.
No, you work remotely. Our advisors can be based anywhere in Canada.
When enquiries come in that suit your speciality, we pass them on. We don't guarantee a number of leads, so most advisors also build their own client base.
