We are all aware that this year’s summer will be significantly different compared to the last summer. Some places now slowly start to reopen restaurants, hotels, and national parks. We can still travel inside Canada or the United States, and there are a few places that I will say are safer for a luxury vacation if you are travelling with family and friends. Here is a list of places open for traveling.
1. Victoria Island, British Columbia – Canada
Victoria Island is open during 2020! The capital of British Columbia, Victoria Island this summer is ready to start the tourist season. Victoria’s unique character with British colonial history. Well know trails, hikes, and whale watching, the city of Victoria also offers a variety of European – Canadian Cuisine with the local seafood ingredients from fine dining restaurants to urban eateries.
Currently, open The Butchart Gardens is a must when you are visiting the island. Other activities that you can do around the area are canoeing, biking, and explore downtown Banff to buy all your souvenirs and try some of the local food. The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise could be a good option for an unforgettable stay with a full view of the Lake.
4. U.S Virgin Islands
This paradise located in the Caribbean only three hours flight from Miami is the perfect spot to spend a few days after the pandemic. Who does not want to be at the beach, right? 5. Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, Orlando – United States
