WHY GUIDE ME AWAY

Anyone can book it. Fewer people can tell you not to.

THE DIFFERENCE

Experience. Personal service. Real relationships.

01

Experience that has been there

Twenty years in the industry, more than fifty countries travelled, and a habit of calling someone on the ground before we recommend anything.

02

Personal service, start to finish

One advisor leads your trip from the first conversation to your return, supported by a team with access to the details.

03

Licensed and accountable in Canada

Consumer Protection BC Licence 90178 and IATA TIDS 96240535. Your money and your booking sit inside a regulated framework.

04

A global network behind us

Preferred supplier relationships and a worldwide network of partners we’ve worked with for years.

WHAT THAT GETS YOU

The value of real relationships

Through those relationships we can often arrange added value on your itinerary — an upgrade where one is available, breakfast included, a resort or onboard credit, early check-in, a private guide who doesn’t take walk-ins, or a direct line to someone senior at the property if something isn’t right.

What varies is which of these applies to you. Benefits differ by property, by season and by itinerary, and we’d rather show you what’s actually included in yours than publish a list that reads like a promise. Ask, and we’ll tell you exactly what your trip carries.
