On May 5th of every year, the state of Puebla celebrates and hosts the largest festival in memorial of the Battle of Puebla.
The symbol of Mexican pride is the annual celebration of Mexico’s victory over France
the celebration starts with a great parade and the reenactment of the battle. Locals dress up as Mexican and French soldiers.
